14/09/03 23:03:00	thanks for these links, kflair. this last one, about jazz vocalists, really spells it out. m-o-n-e-y. an artist has to move product. no matter how brilliant the work, if it's not flying over the counters, it's not a 'success'. yet another reason i wish kd and ben would join forces to create a label and thereby be in a better position to call the shots and produce what, whom and when they want.
