From the Sunrise Tofu cookbook
Scrambled Tofu
Ingredients:
1 - 454 g pkg Sunrise Medium Firm Tofu, well drained and crumbled.
25 mL soy sauge
2 mL ground black pepper
2 mL salt
2 mL garlic powder
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
15 mL oil
15 mL green onion, finely chopped
METHOD:
1. Mix Sunrise tofu, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder well.
2. Saute onion in oil until onion becomes limp. Add tofu and scranble well.
3. Stir in green onion. Serve hot with toast.
