05/03/02 03:45:00	Tags : None I have just watched the DVD of Moulin Rouge -what a spectacular film ! It has great music, The costumes and sets were sumptuous and Nicole is gorgeous as the tragic heroine (Ewan weren't bad either) It was so SAD but uplifting at the same time -I'd recommend this to anyone -Brilliant ! (I liked it !) Has anyone else seen it ? What did you think ?

05/03/02 04:17:00	I agree, it's a brilliant film, and women are in power for a change. I wonder how kd would look playing something like that? Could she pull off a straight love story? Or what if, just if, it would be the lesbian one?! Would you want to see that?

05/03/02 04:23:00	I thought it was a wonderful movie, music, costumes , elaborate sets. I would like to see it again because some of the scenes move so fast that you don't catch everyting that is going on . I thought it was brilliant how they incorporated some modern music (Nirvana) into the dance hall scene. Oh, the acting was wonderful also!

05/03/02 17:46:00	Yes, that would be a good choice .The more sultry tracks would work well.What about So It Shall Be or Save Me from Ingenue or even Constant Craving ? I loved the way the music was changed so much you had to really think who'd done it first or even what the song was !
