I was thrilled today to see the extended version of Sing it Loud available in my local music store here in Perth, Western Australia.  I was also extremely excited when I noticed along with it, other kd cd's etc on a display stand right near the check out queue for all to see.  When Sing it Loud was first released in Australia I bought it locally and was disappointed when I discovered there was an extended version which could only be purchased from the kd lang website but I went ahead and purchased that one too so now I have both versions.  I really love the additional songs on the extended cd and don't understand why they weren't included in the recent tour though I must admit that Hungry Bird was played in Spokane, Washington with kd singing and Lex playing guitar.  It was just beautiful.  If anyone still doesn't have the extended version, I would suggest you try your local music store as it looks like it may have now been released worldwide.
