hello everybody !

Just joinded the kennedyflairs wonderfull treasure website ! i'm really really really happy to have finally found out how to get here. I confess i'm a computer cluts , but I challenged myself to get the chance to thank you all for contributing to show every news about the genius kd lang !

many thanks to you all ! you're making my life really lucky anytime i'm connected here, reading and re- reading, watching and re- watching every post, picture, video ... ! fortunatly, and thanks to all of you I got the chance to get some taste of the concerts unfortunatly broke my legs and couldn't get to her UK tour ! and more unfortunattly I don't think she intends to come to Paris and play in my living room ! smiley: wink

just in case she lets me know she'll cross the channel on tuesday to visit, I'll let everybody know and of course welcome you all here ! then we could have some champagne on the Seine together smiley: laugh

Oh my God ! my poor english will have the chance to increase here !

Don't worry about English - this is not English forum, it's European and it's not literature contest or TOEFL test ;-P I'm a little rusty in my English, but it does not prevented me from chatting big time with Siss Boom Bang boys in London and of course our wonderful fellow kennedyflairs members!

Your English is brilliant, no worries there. Hope your leg(s) heal soon and you never know k.d. might do some concerts in Europe now (after the kfs persuasion offensive!) She may even come back to the UK in a while-it'll give your broken bones time to heal!

Warm welcome, kasofyou. Nice to have you onboard. Hope your leg gets well real quick, I know what it's like. My right knee's been bugging me for years and my surgery in January didn't make it any better...

Hopefully kd will be back soon. I'm on a constant craving ;-)

great ! i'm thanking everybody for their warm welcome and the support you're expressing me ! it makes me feel really happy and, maybe only mentally , my leg is alreeady feeling a lot better.

I'm still, and will always be reading the post posted here. They are such treasures for me ! many thanks to everybody posting !

i wish I could have some pictures or something concerning kd I could share with you, but everything I have learned about her comes from this site, and unfortunately I have nothing for you !

hope she'll tour in more countries in europe next time.

While my leg is taking a rest ! fortunately I get the chance to have access to kf ....I also started to play guitar to keep doing something new and challenging myself. I'm far from being a musician, i'm just discovering by myself, trying to do my best autididactly !!!

We hold a monthly chat on all things kd and would love if you could attend one of these chats--a wonderful way to become acquainted with other board members and a great way to even brush up using your English "live". It works both ways--sometimes I learn words from others languages also. We are a friendly group. I usually post the date and time for the monthly chat under the Group News and Announcements" thread. The last chat thread is still up there if you wish to read it. When it comes time for the next Chat, a new post is created and the old one taken down. :-)

We also have a kfs member of the month thread that will introduce you to many of the members here. That is also posted under the Group News and Announcements thread. Looking forward to meeting you on here!

PS Keep playing the guitar--it has given me a lifetime of pleasure and excitement!
