To answer your question Manon..............this is the final result.......now the car speaks for itself...........I think !!!

The wording is that of the Alberta signature (freedom to create.........spirit to achieve!) ..............the branding the Ambassadors use to promote Alberta to the rest of the world !!!
And what else but a pink maple leaf, just to balance the rear end !!!

I finally got round to framing my signed photo from the Staten Island show last year and I am really chuffed with it.................... and it goes great with my other one too!!!

LK , I have some way to go to match your amazing collection though- they are going to look fantastic on the walls of your first home!! Have you converted your girlfriend yet?

Oh dear, not good, but l know you have the patience of Jobe. I wonder if kd and her camp know about your car? I'm sure she'd be chuffed. I have a photo of it on my notice board (I did ask your permission) and it attracts a lot of attention. Like me, no-one has seen anything like it! Unfortunately, l do not have the answers as to how it's done. I need to enlarge it, though.

I should think where Starbucks is concerned, you should be receiving freebies all the time! ;)

Let's just say the trip on the M25, M3 and A303 proved to be quite an interesting trip last weekend............especially the last part of the journey (one and a half hours to do three miles) ..........standstill traffic with windows wound down........catch my drift there.

Erm no!........Starbucks haven't been in touch..................but, depending on who's making my coffee, sometimes they give me a freeby.

Guess what ?..............sitting in my local Starbucks today (now there's a funny thing!)...........I could see this couple giving me the eye............so I just carried on sipping me coffee, eating my fruit toast, and minding me own.

The lady got up to go to the loo, and while she was a way, the gentleman sidled up to me and said............'Excuse me. I hope you don't mind, but I've been meaning to ask you about your car for some time now. I always see it in the car park and up until now never saw who it belonged to. (My haircut could have been just a small giveaway). So when you pulled up today I thought I'd ask'.....................

A very interesting conversation ensued about why I did it and how it was done, and they were...

A dream of mine is to have a k.d. room-all of my k.d. memorabilia, out for all to see! It seems such a shame to have it shut away, I occasionally have a look through my things but that's it

I felt like laying out my collection of k.d. lang posters. Sadly, they have just been sitting rolled up in their boxes in my closet ever since we moved since I can't poke holes in this house my family is renting currently. Sorry the photos look horrible, I took them really fast and some didn't fit in all the way and the frames are scuffed up from moving too... There are several more I hope to get eventually!

I almost forgot to take a picture of this one since it was folded up!
