Thanks girls, I'll stop acting like a boastful mom now. It's just that the last time I had one of these little monkeys was in 1992. Her name was Thumper. I don't understand why more people out here don't have them. Anyway, I have really enjoyed everyone's post here about the meet up. It makes me grrrrrrr that we had to leave you girls so early. I'm grateful we had that time. I thought the Portrait gallery was interesting. Bye for now.....h2o

mary and lena, your babies are too wonderful!

we see this breed back here a great deal and i love them. and yes, perhaps it does come from all those bill powell/myrna loy movies i watched as a kid!

that photo is really very good: the kids seem to be talking to us.

It was really nice to meet everyone. We had a fun time, too bad it was a short visit.

Fruitcake, that's my baby boy Teddy. I have his half sister too. Her name is Bella. They are very close to Asta, who was a wire-hair fox terrier. Mine are Welsh terriers. They are more popular in the Eastern U.S. I had to go all the way to Arizona to find them at a more reasonable price than a breeder in San Clemente here. I am so attached to these rascals, that I found it extremely difficult to leave them. I love those movies with Asta. Myrna Loy? William Powell?

I just found this page, sorry I didn't see it in a more timely manner. Damn, 5 years ago already??? I got SO plastered that night, but then had food poisoning or something the next day. Lena and Paula took my hotel room card and I couldn't turn the lights on. I had to shower in the dark then just wait for them to come back. As for the pole dancing, what can I say? I felt sorry for the pole. Look at the mad look in Suze's eyes.

I'm very disappointed that Paula didn't surface this time. This is the first time in 5 trips over that I didn't see or talk with her.

Shelley, I was sad that Lena and I had to leave so early. I feel like I really didn't get to talk enough. Next time, let's do a 2 day meet up.

Hi everyone, just to let you know we got home safely around midnight our time. We were up and traveling for 24 hours. We were zombies when we got in. My luggage didn't get here with the flight. I wouldn't have cared but it has half of the Cadbury factory in it!! My bag will be delivered to the house today.
I had a wonderful time meeting "the group" at Top Shop. I was finally coming out of jet lag! I love meeting new people, and really only knew Shells before this meet up. I wish we could have had a round table at Garricks because I didn't get to really talk to some of you, next time!! I appreciated HarleyGirls gregariousness. Free entertainment!! She really helped me feel more comfortable with her gift of gab and her great sense of humor. It was so nice to meet all of you. Flako and Soos have a wonderful sense of humor and patience with me asking them to repeat a word or two. Pat and Caz, thanks for the photos.
That's all for now. I'm up early to go back to work.
